PHO traditionally stands for beef and rice noodles in a clear broth. The beef is simmered for 10 hours with grilled ginger, charred onion and spices to make our soup broth. Our recipe has been passed down and perfected over many generations.

Each bowl is served with bean sprouts, sweet basil and lime. You can add these to your noodles along with Hoisin sauce and a spicy Sriracha sauce to add to the taste.
